Welcome

Kinetic Performance Psychology is a Loughborough-based sports psychology consultancy providing both in-person and online support. 

​

The main goal is to provide you with the support you need to maximise performance and enjoyment in the sport. A happy athlete is a successful athlete. But, it's not just athletes that can benefit from support, so can coaches, nutritionists, physios, etc. 

​

My aim is to provide you with the skills to overcome any challenges you may face in and around the sport through evidence-based approaches. I want to help you reach your potential and enjoy the process in the meantime.
